According to NEA (National Environment Agency), aircon companies that install, maintain, and decommission home air conditioners are encouraged to send their technicians for certification and training to become R32 certified installer.
This is to ensure there are trained & certified installer to carry out proper handling & installation of refrigerant and equipment in Singapore
